About Us
Quality Partners was established in 2017 by Kieran Fox. The Quality Partners team of consultants supports customers in the Food Industry and other industries, remotely and in person. We provide end-to-end consultancy support from food and beverage product design, labelling and compliance, import and export compliance, PIF V6 Management, HACCP certification, through to ongoing management of food safety and quality management systems. We also provide product inspection services, quality failure investigations and X-ray inspection of finished products.

Does QPass replace the need for a food safety or quality consultant?
No. QPass is designed to work alongside our consultants, not replace them. The tool provides fast, data-driven insights, while our team provides the expertise to interpret results and guide next steps. It does, however, speed up the process significantly, thus saving you money.
How does QPass impact internal audit and other inspections?

What if I only want access to the App and don’t need the assistance of a consultant?
A large organisation that would like to operate QPass themselves can gain access to the app, but it would be your responsibility to check that the AI is correct, the same way as Quality Partners consultants check the accuracy of the AI today.
What is the price of the App?
We offer tiered pricing to access QPass based on the complexity of the system and the amount of AI resources that are required to study your business’s management system. We will analyse your system and provide a free quote and proposal.
Our consultants’ time is charged by the hour. A service agreement would need to be established between Quality Partners and your business.
Why is QPass offered on a subscription basis?
Quality Partners is the exclusive reseller of the Porticus AI platform for the Australian Food Industry. Quality Partners offers access to QPass to its customers on a subscription basis to help those organisations drive down the cost of compliance.
We are not ready to implement an AI solution. Can we access Quality Partners’ consultants until we are ready?
Absolutely; however, the efficiencies associated with using the AI tool would not be realised until a subscription to QPass is in place. But we can work with you however you would like.
What regulations and standards/codes does QPass cover?
Quality Partners can support any company in the Australian food industry, primary industries and food packaging industry using any domestic or international regulations, food safety or quality standards. Examples of standards include, but are not limited to HACCP, SQF, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, BRCGS, Harps, Global Gap, Freshcare and ISO 9001.
Is QPass available as a smartphone App?
QPass is currently available via a web browser, but we are working on a smartphone app for convenience.
